45 years ago today Cassius Clay (later Muhammad Ali) shocks the world with a TKO of Sonny Liston to become the Heavyweight Champ. The picture above is when it was announced Liston would not come out for the 7th round. Below is the 1965 rematch and the famous phantom punch.
