Today in 1862, one of our greatest presidents, Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, ending slavery in the USA. We have come a long way, and now even have a black president. Regardless if you like him or not, it is good that race was not a factor. But is it still a factor in politics and the media? Look at the video below, most news outlets found this amusing, but imagine if this would have happened to a black democrat. We still have a long way to go. Condi 2012?
